Submission Deadline: Complete the Artist Submission Form by September 23rd to be considered for the competition.

Selection Process: Our team will carefully review all submissions and select a handful of bands to compete in the event. If your band is chosen, you will receive an email notification no later than September 25th.

Event Details: Make sure you are available on October 7th and 8th (full day, depending on your category) for the competition. Additionally, if your band wins, you must have availability during the first two weeks of April 2024 for the winner’s event.

Advance Information: Detailed event information, including load-in times, set times, and all other relevant details, will be sent to selected bands.

Age Categories: Junior bands must have at least 50% of their members aged 18 and under, while Emerging bands should have at least 50% of their members aged 19-25. Please note that bands with members aged 26 and older will not be accepted.

Judging Criteria: A panel of 4-5 industry professionals will evaluate performances based on several key factors, including planning/preparedness, songwriting, quality of performance, originality, audience interaction, and overall presentation.

Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced shortly after the last performance on each day, following the judges’ deliberation. In the event that a winning band cannot attend the Finale show, we will contact the runner-up and proceed down the list as needed.
